Dune: Part Three (also known as Dune 3) is Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming adaptation of Frank Herbert’s 1969 novel Dune Messiah, scheduled to premiere on December 18, 2026. It picks up twelve years after the events of Dune: Part Two, with Paul Atreides ruling as Emperor Muad’Dib, his jihad having reshaped the known universe.
